refund and return policy

Return Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Only items that are unopened and in their original condition can be returned.

  2. Receipt Required: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  3. Return Window: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Return Process:

    • Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

    • We will provide shipping information to return the unopened item(s). Please include your receipt or order confirmation.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

 

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@philadelphiaapothecary.com with details and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
